In Summary, detail, by entity, program, or grant.  The solution tracks receivables, deferred revenue, expenses and budget.

There are 20 different financial reports available – one of them is the “budget vs. actual” report, which shows current year, and grant to date budget and actual spending amounts.  This report can be set up to automatically email each week to program managers so that instead of visiting the website, each grant report that they manage is automatically emailed directly to them.
